ST Soil / Water / Snow / Temp Probe

A specifically developed soil temperature probe sensor for measuring soil temperature at various depths. The ST soil and water temperature probe is housed in a stainless steel enclosure which can be inserted into the ground down to 30cm (12in).

The soil temperature sensor is maintenance free and is mounted in the tip of the lance. The temperature probe complies to IP67 standards. A flexible stainless steel jacket covers the first 200cm of cable to protect it from rodents and other forms of mechanical damage.

The soil temperature probe is available in custom lengths, ranging from 0cm for surface temperature measurements down to 100cm (39.4in) and will measure -20degC to +40degC. The sensor can also measure snow temperature as well as water temperature
