Siemens Verificator

An advanced instrument to carry out complex verification and performance checks on Danfoss/Siemens Magflo meters. Verificator checks the operation conditions and specification of the flowmeter. The whole verification test is automated so there is no opportunity for human error in influence.

Through in-depth analysis, SIEMENS has determined the parameters, which influence the accuracy in an electromagnetic flowmeter operating in the real world. These elements are checked in a unique, patented verification solution that SIEMENS offers for MAGFLO flowmeters. Testing at WRc proved the accuracy of the verification result for a complete flowmeter (WRc report UC3600). The certified verification is a 15-minute, fully automated test and is made without modifying the installation. The verification tests all flowmeter components including the converter, sensor and interconnecting cabling as installed.

A certificate is issued as proof of verification, and contains not only the verification details but also the current flowmeter settings, serial number and the Verificator version. The certification data can also be stored in a file, without any possibilities for manipulating the data while copying it down. In addition, the open database can be exported to any database for further examination.
